There is no way this plan goes through without major modifications. There are way too many tax loopholes to be used by rich folks with tax lawyers and business accountants to avoid paying any tax. And the small guy gets screwed again. JMHO.
Well I hope you're right about those paying a dividend will demand a premium. I'm waiting on GE to get some type of premium as they have been hammered since Jack left yet continued to get great earnings. Of course this next FY may be soft but compared to what?
