Again heavy potassium and potash when in flowering stages. A good foliar spray would help.
But male flowers usually appear first, then the female flowers kick in.

I usually hand pollinated many with a tiny sable paint brush when I gardened in the states.
It's bumblebees or mason bees that typically pollinate those. I didn't want to risk it.
