If they were going to be filed under seal, there would be no need to wait until midnight!
I'm just curious why everyone else has filed except for the main settlement parties. EC, TPS, SN, Debtors. Might have something to do with the earlier filing regarding the clarity of the waterfall in the event we get wet. Unless you believe in coincidence.
