I would think after the close of the hearing, one could not amend the plan. However, our beef isn't with this modification. Our concern is what claims have been or will be eliminated above equity as a result of the hearing. It seems to me though if equity is now in the plan, equity was always in the money, and should have been at the table when the gsa was negotiated. Maybe a new gsa has been created behind the scenes.
