What legal team? The EC? Not them, they are restricted from filing against the debtors (at this time).. No it has to be some other party, not the EC.. The debtors could do it, but that would mean they don't want the GSA or POR6 plus, no not them.. They will adamantly object..

Judge Collyer knew then and now knows THJMW does not have jurisdiction over Count 1... Fraud and Preference.. We knew this then and the US Supremes have now verified it as "law of the case!" No releases in Wilmington !!!!:-)
