TRCPA - I am not sure what size KDS is in the photos, but it does appear to be one of the more current designs. Part of why I was looking through their site was to remind myself about who Mainland is, but more importantly what the size the company is. Based on the types of projects they are involved in, it would appear they are quite able to handle constructing multiple KDSs if/when needed.
The more I dig around, the more I am finding references to the KDS. All of the recent information finds seem to underscore what Brian has stated for some time now. Looking forward to the next 2 reports from FASC. The pps should move up smartly if everything pans out as indicated.
