08/12/2011 ORDER re 157 First MOTION to Amend/Correct/Supplement 139 Notice(Other) Motion to lift stays of asset freezes ordered against Defendants Steven Moskowitz and RM Enterprises filed by U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission -- On June 14, 2011, plaintiff SEC filed the motion referenced above. To date defendants have not responded to the motion. Defendants are directed to file a response to the motion on or before August 19, 2011. Failure to comply will result in the motion being deemed unopposed and the court will grant the motion. Parties are reminded that the Local Rules of this Court and the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure apply to all cases and motions. The court expects that the parties will follow the appropriate time frame for filing and responding to motions without needlessly requiring the court to direct them to do so.
