It is silly both ways. An average stock price that is weighted towards where the most volume was bought/sold would be a much more accurate measure of stock price in the pinks IMO.

I agree but be careful what you wish for. Sales have been outnumbering buys for the last few days. That could be catastrophic for this stock's PPS. I believe the dilution (which mysteriously appears to be reported late by the TA consistently) is being sold onto the market by a very thoughtful individual(s). Just take a look at the activity when dilution is happening. It speaks volumes.
