I believe that it would make since for someone to paint upwards. The last few days close to closing someone has been selling a small amount of shares right at closing. What since does that make. Thursday it was 2000 shares at .0026. Who sells 2000 shares at .0026 unless it is for SP manipulation. That's what I believe he was referring to.

the point is someone painted it down first, a paint is a paint. my L2 lists a 13007 share trade and a 5000 share trade together at 15:18:16, and before that pps was at .0024. two downward paints at the same time.

bottom line is that someone thought it was worthwhile to put in a trade for $29 just to try to see a downtick for the day.
