797 seems to work well but the duration of the response is short. I will bet that 797 will be successful since the trial is only 4 weeks, but I am not sure if it will work for chronic use.
It worked out to 12 weeks in the AS trial. That was the length of the study. Isn't it conceivable to think it may work beyond that time period in a longer duration study? Same with the Phase 1 RA study (slide 18) as it worked out until the end of the study on VAS score. Also, isn't there still a possibility for the drug in the acute setting?
