To qualify for a grant you have to show or prove your financial situation. $100,000 grant would require over $100,000 on Katx part. They can't say they have deep throat financiers in NDA. They have to outline work proposed also. Probably a no no if your in a NDA for, who knows how long. Gov't grant.. get real.
