hi Zoom...hanging in here...waiting and watching, like everyone :)

today we had a tornado touch down close to home and massive storms/flooding/downed electric lines and trees...happy to only have lost electricity for 12 hours...

maybe this is the month I get to report that a settlement has been reached??
