what's funny is pre-evrm (sevm)the same format was followed(contracts up the ying yang and nothing ever reported.)the thing now with them having that "status" they can't even get contracts announced with it.always have said for the longest time evrm is just window dressing with the bigs.their military influence got them "in the door"they know the system and are working it just perfectly.what are the odds considering their past that they are part of that 67 %?
