With oral arguments due tomorrow I am just wondering if someone might have filed them a day early. This could be good or bad, a head fake or the real deal? Just have to wait a bit I guess.
Only other thing I can think of was perhaps a margin call on this or another stock or maybe someone saw an opportunity in a BB stock.

I'm kind of wondering about that one guy trying to pump the K's a few days ago. Maybe he decided he wasn't going to get his run so he whacked the bid to get out and protect his capital.
