GILD/IDIX—If there's an IP issue, my guess it's the other way around.

It could yet turn out that way if IDX184 is commercialized. Today’s PR would have been a fine opportunity for IDIX to state that the IP on IDX184 is unencumbered, but the PR said no such thing.
