Since BullNBear was the high bidder and he was the closest bidder to a wag that was below him, he should be the winner, and vice versa for anyone being the lowest bidder... Know what I'm saying?
In fact I had asked him about this earlier, and based on a response I had gotten earlier, he is supposed to be the winner for yesterday.
