Today, yes. But in Q1, the data (that you posted) shows that just less than half the server shipments were with 32-bit Intel Prestonia processors. That's not all that surprising for a market that's usually much slower than the desktop in migrating new technology.
At any rate, I still think you will see a continued reduction in AMD's share of the 64-bit server market, as Intel shifts even more of their shipments to 90nm 64-bit this quarter.
