ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO DISMISS CHAPTER 11 CASES OF AFFINITY
TECHNOLOGY GROUP, INC. AND DECISIONING.COM, INC.
THIS MATTER came before the Court on the Debtors’ Motion to Dismiss Chapter 11
Cases of Affinity Technology Group, Inc. and decisioning.com, Inc. and Memorandum in
Support (the “Motion”) filed April 21, 2009. It appearing that the Debtors properly served the
Motion and accompanying Notice of Debtors’ Motion to Dismiss Chapter 11 Cases, and having
heard no objections, responses or returns, it is hereby:
ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the Debtors’ Chapter 11 bankruptcy
cases shall be dismissed for “cause” pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §1112(b)(1).
