This has nothing to do with Momenta at this point but just overnight Germany is working on a plan where their homeland phamaceuticals (Bayer, Emerck etc) have to distribute somewhere in the area of $2 billion dollars in medical coupons. The details are very sketchy at this point but the times are a changing.
