Bob....Arizona has a "lemon law", if your vehicle has been in the shop for the same reason more than four times or in the shop for x amount of days for any reason the manufacture has to buy the vehicle back at the fair market value and they usually give window sticker if you're buying a new vehicle. Check with your state and see if they have the "lemon law"....It's been my experience in talking with the manufacture that you have to be firm as they will try and talk you into trading in your vehicle on a new one, you just tell them you want it arbitrated, and for them to buy your vehicle back like "RIGHT NOW"......

Most dealers are manufacturers are also members of the local BBB which may have an arbitration process that is binding on them, but not you. It is worth checking out. I have seen some decent and fair resolutions through the BBB process.
