If they started the original corporation, then yeah, I could see that.

However, PGIE is the result of a reverse merger where the current execs bought out the previous execs interest in the corporation.

I don't know about you, but if somebody approached me and said they wanted a shell corporation I was the exec for, I wouldn't freely give them the corporation.
