PFH: What exactly DID AXS International do for MediaG3 -- just let the company use their address?

What happend with Stephen Vitola, the attorney affiliated with AXS who had "verified" the patents and was going to be contacting infringers to pursue licensing agreements.

Have 3 of the 5 patents now expired for lack of payment of maintenance fees?

AXS International and MediaG3 did not come to a purchase agreement at that time. I did talk to the CEO of the data company last week about re-negotiate the agreement and that were it is at now. I'll let you know if we sign an agreement.
