Interesting Cassandra, but aren't shorts used to trigger stop losses? Like some pumpers work together to inflate a stock, I think that shorters do the same and launch a joint attack to bring a stock down, triggering stop losses and hereby creating a downward cascading effect.
FWIW, I have tried calling the PGIE TA, Transfer Online, multiple times to ask for the current share stucture including the current float for PGIE and am always transferred to Aaron White's voice mail. I have also called Transfer Online and asked directly for Aaron White who is supposedly "in" but again all I get is his VM.
I suspect that PGIE has gagged its transfer agent (TA). That's never a good sign. It's interesting that Transfer Online serves as both a TA and and Investor Relations Professional according to OTCMarkets.com (see link).
PGIE shareholders may wish to contact the TA directly to get the current share structure:
