why all the talk about "pumping and dumping"? renegade said nothing about a P&D so i'm not sure i'm following...

I do believe, further I KNOW that this is a real company. Most traders know what a Pump and Dump is. But to explain it for those who don't a pump and dump is a company, orgainzation, corporation which "generally" buys out a shell listed company for fractions of a listing fee since they are "DONE".

This shell forms into a company and they begin to put out information through "paid for promoter's". They then grow the story to "HYPE UP" the stock price for about two to eight weeks...the price SOARS because of all the false info, then drops down to less than "DIRT" prices. This happens a LOT in the OTCBB and Penny stock market.

LBSR was listed OTCBB in 2004. They were trading at 1.86 per share when I first bought shares..I think I bought 2,000 shares to start...but would need to go back into my records to be completely accurate.

Let me tell you, Pump and Dumps NEVER last...they fade away.

you will KNOW that this is no pump and dump stock, moreover it is a company which has been through many twists and turns, but keeps getting stronger with each year...especially when you look at the claims and the potential.

As I pointed out earlier, over 7.5 years that I have owned this stock, the outlook has never been better. A Pump and Dump will NEVER have SRK Consulting doing a technical report for them. A pump and dump will NEVER have McNicoll, Lewis, & Vlak preparing valuation reports and deal structuting for them.

So, you use your won brain, your own logic, decision making skills, analysis, and then check out the other posts here....trust me - don't trust me - but trust the consensus.
