otcbargains:""Plus the Top Ten percenters, including both individuals & corps are sitting on vast amounts of money right now, here and in tax havens throughout the world"So ? .. It Will Not affect them much at all"

My point exactly." Not your point at all.

What you are missing is the Rich want "affect them much at all" because they have so damn much. Would The Donald miss one hair on his head, No. But a almost bald man would. Point being Rich have plenty of money so they want miss a few dollar's, but the poor don't have much so yes they will miss a dollar here & there. Why is that so hard for the Republicans to understand.

You still believe the Tea Party is opposed to tax increases because they are protecting the rich.

Why yes, I do. As the Ryan budget plan (they passed) had Tax DECREASES in them and NO increases..plus, the 'final' Boehner plan that THEY they also approved had no tax increases in them .. .Further Proof is This: Paul Ryan NOW Signal Willingness To Raise Revenues, Shifting Positions Following Downgrade ..........that's GREAT NEWS ! this will please the tea party .. they will see the impracticability of their little no revenues pledge ...

YEP...it's looking like the tea babies are getting ready to agree to raise taxes ... VICTORY! ......I'm PROUD of the S & P..! good for them

Forget the fact that there simply isn't enough tax receipts increases to be gained from attempts to soak the rich. Forget that removing that money from the portion of the economy that has a possibility of contributing to GDP growth and placing it into the great abyss i s just simply a mistake. The bottom line is that tax increases will hurt the middle class and small businesses.

WE all know Tax HIKES alone will not balance the budget .. we've known that for years and years.. but it WILL bring us much closer to a reduced deficit. This is exactly what Obama and dems agreed to .. "A Balanced Plan" .. .looks like now we may get it..;) much much better

NOW Forget that removing that money from the portion of the economy that has a possibility of contributing to GDP growth and placing it into the great abyss i s just simply a mistake.

I've been watching them sit on their money since the second bush tax cut ...if anything, they took the money and invested in cheap labor markets... you are aware aren't you? . .that bush had the WORST Job Record EVER, Aren't you ? and gee that was after TWO tax cuts, basically that takes away your 'worries' about the 'so-called job creators'
http://blogs.wsj.com/economics/2009/01/09/bush-on-jobs-the-worst-track-record-on-record/

NOW II Forget that removing that money from the portion of the economy that has a possibility of contributing to GDP growth

We have already lost important points on the GDP, is it possible that you do not know why ? .....Well, it's simply because the government and the private sector have dropped more jobs then they ever have .. since 2008 ...business will not pick up - until the JOB & the Demand Deficit is solved ...Check the Brits, they too started their Austerity program before we did ..look at their results, same thing as ours ... lower gdp.

Las Vegas resort sues tea party group over hotel bill

Benjamin Spillman LAS VEGAS REVIEW-JOURNAL Jul. 19, 2011

SNIP ~~

Judson Phillips of Tea Party Nation said he hasn't seen the lawsuit and wouldn't comment on the accusations. Las Vegas Sands spokesman Ron Reese said the company would have no comment on the case.

Documents in the case filed in Clark County District Court allege the group reserved 1,637 room nights in the Palazzo hotel from Wednesday, July 14, 2010, through the following Saturday.

The Venetian and Palazzo resorts are owned by Las Vegas Sands Corp., and regularly host conservative political events. Las Vegas Sands CEO Sheldon Adelson is a major Republican political donor.

According to a contract attached to the complaint, the reservation included an agreement by Tea Party Nation to pay the resort $579,148 in the event of a cancellation, of which the resort alleges the group still owes $554,148. An 18 percent interest charge added $87,996 to the amount the resort wants to collect.

It's not the first time Tea Party Nation ran into problems hosting an event.

After charging up to $549 to attend a February 2010 event that included a speech by former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin, some in the tea party political movement accused the for-profit Tea Party Nation of leveraging conservative enthusiasm for monetary gain.

When the October event in Las Vegas was canceled, some Nevada conservatives were relieved.

If I remember correctly, when the Bush tax bonuses are allowed to expire, someone making half a million dollars per year will have to pay an extra $7,500 dollars.

Poor babies and such a terrible problem to have.
