Well the news has been out for quite some time.LOL This will be interesting! I thought Global Lock meant Global? I tried 3 separate times placing a trade by phone and ALL 3 was "This is under Global Lock and Orders cannot be accepted at this Time." Maybe a Street Broker could write it down on paper and make a Promise? LOL
