and here is why, so all take heed and read this carefully and check it out... kinda like TS= Tex stuff.....
first Pack your theory is dead.... so stop trying to sway shareholders....
here is the real deal... and the harm done.
on or about may 18th there was a group of self appointed shareholders who contocted a shareholder agreement to persuade
shareholders to give their private information to that back room group.... this was a freeze to the shareholders....with a crooked motive....when pack you say it is all joes fault.... you are missing one key point..... ole buddy...
on or about may 18th qasp stock SP was doing very well, qasp SP was in the .0018 to 0024 range daily, and had folks making some dough daily,... when Jeff took over the SP was .0012... check it out....jeff was fired on Jan 27 same day as PR was released stating that centaflix and qasp were in process of a merger...
shareholders took on the task of keeping the SP up and viable for many months, until the May 18th date came about.... look at the quarter qasp report just released by Joe Canouse. when reviewing the the company qasp report it reveals that 311 SHs were on record at that time by the TA....
the ghost rep group revealed that 300 folks were signed into a PP.
so the ghost reps had frozen 300 shareholders which was about a 99%PROjeff and 1%con.... you should remember how many times i posted that FACT...
so for over 2 months 99% of the shareholders were frozen and immediately saw their SP of QASP shares start a rapid drop.
ther was nothing the shareholders could do.
not a dadburn thing...
they had been fed a final phase of the of the trap...
even james owens said "not to worry i got your back" no soldier is left behind"
so, in reality qasp shareholders were easily led into a trap,
its design, to run qasp to nothing.. in a box... .0001
thankfully i now know one or more of the invisible self appointed group of reps....since the final rep... told me... yup he told me as a hook to bring me into a plan to raise some dough for jeff... that was just a side play for the backroom, backalley guys.
real play was make big bucks for the back room guys. if some honest shareholders along the way make some dough, its just their good nose, leading them correctly,
so sure pack joe has now posted a quarter report all in black n white, and he could go after dean down the road, as joe did the proper exposure of dean, in a PR post to the public, and what action the company had done and would be now able to do.. you see joe "did dean" the legal way... what will happen? up to the company//
the grand jury, and FBI? how could they ever sort out the crooked mess from jeffs side.... Law needs clean hands....
jeff was not clean....
so, honest shareholders caught in the scam, now have some good info being released, and what the commonshareholders do with it, is up to then now....
