Those doses were what the trial used in two of the arms: 150mg bid and 110mg bid. I watched Paradaxa ad committee, I vaguely remember 150mg vs 110mg was discussed. The consensus was the risk of 150mg wasn't that much different from 110mg to warrant approval for two dosages.
