jonblair, you may or may not be right. With the subpenny issue, they may want to not be a subpenny so the stock can gain traction. And that may be to sell shares or give the shares an opportunity to gain traction.
My guess, a combo of both in some sort. But if our shares gain traction in a momentum move, then it was a smart move. If the RS was only to dump shares, well, not a smart move.
I guess in a few weeks we will know.
