I think corks DD is what ppl like to see about SGCP.

It shows if ppl care to read it, that there is great potential and diversification and IMHO that is key.

Relations with Chiefs in the PROVINCES can be worth a LOT more than US$1.6 mil for they can LEASE you as much land as they want for 50 years and that can be extended by another 21 years.
