I don’t think MNTA raised money because of anything Teva said to investors about Lovenox. I presume MNTA’s senior executives know everything I know about Teva’s Lovenox ANDA, including where the drug comes from. Thus, they know—and they knew in Dec 2010—that Teva is not going to get FDA approval for a long time, if ever.
oc631’s hypothesis in #msg-65870556 makes a lot more sense than what Rick Shea has said about the Dec 2010 financing on MNTA’s CC’s.
