#59651 RE: the cork #59605

Thanks Dredge for sharing your on the ground experiences and DD. The board has come alive once again.

We seem to have forgotten that if SGC truly owns approximately 100,000 acres of land with Gold, Diamond and other minerals the value must be more than US$1.6M or US$16K per acre. If we truly believe in the company and what they are doing all information about the company should be accepted as without which us “long” would not be able to make the best investment decision (yes - pink sheet). I am not saying for one moment that we should use only the information on a message board to make investment decision but what I am saying is …let all views contend.

US$1.6mil VANISHES. SGCP
Thanks for the link.
READ PAGE 18 and it confirms what I have said.

SORRY happi no offence intended just trying to find out the FACTS?
If ppl are assuming that land ownership adds US$1.6 mil to SGCP assets then may I suggest they look again.

Land in the PROVINCES, under Sierra Leone Law can NOT be bought or sold and is held in CUSTODY by the CHIEFS and thier family for the LOCAL PEOPLE.

Try searching here. http://media.oaklandinstitute.org/sites/oaklandinstitute.org/files/OI_SierraLeone_Land_Investment_report_0.pdf

The GOOD news is SGCP can STILL make a LOT of MONEY but it will take time and a new direction IMHO.
