Bill, i have spoken to Fong Several Times, cant keep calling the man over little tthings an "ihub" board is worrying about.
The volume over the last week(s) shows outside money is here...
Whats the avg position of these ihubers prob not even FRACTION of what the volume is. But they make the most headaches.
Surgline has been bombarded with emails and calls, especially from one particular poster here and its just becoming a nuisance, they could care less, but when they have to stop to answer a "did u really sign an agreement" or stupid things like "who is your attorney" "will there be an RS", takes away from what they should be doing...Working.
I dont understand what people dont get, if they REVERSE MERGER, THE SHARES will be Accounted For and cleaned up if needed.
a REVERSE SPLIT is TO JUST to reduce the OS, a MERGER is to clean up the structure for the new company!
