Ok all, I did get a response from Michael. Not sure what the new relationship means, but it sounds like something is happening at least!

We are close to finalizing our relationship with Enabledware. It will not look exactly like the acquisition laid down in the PR we previously announced, which was based on a LoI. We will issue a new PR presently.
