Only cost $350 for an attorney letter. I doubt $350 is a lot for Jackson. There are a lot of attorney that would sign anything for pink company for $350 because it will never back fire at them. They just saying the information provided is accurate to what the company is showing them. Getting an attorney is not even a problem. Pinksheet was not created yesterday.
Haha, STAU in limbo-land. And when you add in the pinksheets annual fee - something like $4k I think - combined with accounting & legal fees, the cost of getting current is pretty steep.
