SLMU is not a subsidiary of anything. It's a separate corporation that's only connection to Sunlogics is the shared management and that ridiculous and worthless "right of first offer" agreement. Other than that, they are totally unrelated.
The fact that MM is treating it like an irrelevant appendage that, to date, serves no purpose whatsoever and will remain that way until and unless MM decides that it will serve his and/or Sunlogics' needs is all anyone needs to know to make an informed decision about the wisdom of investing in SLMU stock.
Today SLMU is nothing but an empty and apparently shelved corporate shell whose only purpose is to wait and hope that MM will find a use for it someday down the road then have the "bandwidth" to execute it in such a way that the shareholders will find beneficial to their objective, that of enhancing share price.
In the interim, one can only hope that insincere platitudes are a reasonable substitute for results cause that's all you're getting now and there is no reason to think it will change any time in the future.
