The company did what everyone here keeps demanding: it provided information. The company gave us an update. It didn't push anything.

Those share amounts would have been significant had the O/S structure stayed at 155 million shares.

The two combined valid and invalid offers would have equaled to around 52 million shares or around 33% of a 155 million share O/S structure.
