Healthnostics, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HNSS) updated the tender offer to purchase a minimum of 51 percent of the Company's outstanding shares for $.01 per share. To date, agreements to tender 20,358,968 shares have been received and invalid offers to tender another 31,627,700 shares under terms at variance with those presented in the Term Sheet have also been received. The final tally will be released following the August 12 deadline.
The Term Sheet is posted on the Company website at www.healthnostics.com.
"The acquiring company is not affiliated with Healthnostics, Inc., its officers or directors or their agents. The acquiring company is obligated to purchase these shares if a minimum of 51 percent of the outstanding shares are tendered, but may, at its discretion, purchase these shares if less than 51 percent of the outstanding shares are tendered."
