I wonder why I have brought no evidence to the table on the forum to match what some people say ... I think speculatively about LBSR understand that a company is not the overnight, I think it should be certain criteria in order to start building a building begins with the foundations before putting the windows and everything else ... not you think?

Let's at least acknowledge a few things here. Took some time, but finally they have asked MLV to assist. And, one can only surmise, the near term is in Arizona, until a PR states otherwise. To this I ask, "OK, Big Chunk is a sweet property, but if we strictly talk investments, what makes LBSR a good deal...if they plan on waiting?" Yep. Many "good deals" out there. I believe that LBSR is the top of that list. It would be nice if LBSR explained (in a PR) why they are that top item on the list, instead of me. Trackin'?
