Renfro cant go anywhere with out BRZL its in the filings...
read the fine print...as hard as it is..the is the long side,the short side ,all sides..There is a deal it may not be making Jim happy right now ,but Jim agreed..Jim has taken 480 mil shares under Renfro holdings..he also agreed to a time line of indefinite ..
Maybe there has been another recent agreement we dont know about yet..who knows ..
There is still an open deal..and Jim says call Weiss and ask him...Thats the part I understand...

You need to discuss BRZL business with BRZL, not me as I am precluded from talking about the acquisition due to insider trading laws.
