You said that Renfro told you that he did not update the status. Did you ask if he was aware of the update? If it was authorized by him? Does he have any concerns about someone using his name?
I would suspect that these kinds of questions would get you back to the "I can't talk about BRZL" answers.
This is a good point ...the deal is not dead... Are you thinking none of us have done our home work and your enlightening us.!!..since before I invested here I have been taking A.L.'s advice.Check the la dnr for activity ,Texas RR,look for the clues yourself, dont depend on others for your DD .. Try to read every word of the filings ... Make your choices based on personal research...
