 This graph is titled,   
   
 “TOTAL CREDIT MARKET DEBT (ALL SECTORS) AS % OF U.S. GDP,”   
   
 and it has two lines. The upper line is at one point labeled, “270%,”   
 indicating that it shows the debt as a percentage. The lower line I   
 therefor assumed to be the the dollar amount of this debt, when in fact   
 it is something very different. My mistake.
