Apparently Hop-On/USAcig manufacture their own nicotene cartridges in the US and Chinese government has moved against the Chinese manufactured cartridges. In a country where tobacco is deeply ingrained into the culture and a part of daily business it seems the ban of the nicotene cartridge manufacture and export may be more of a tobacco preservation program! IMO, the ban is more likely due to the lack of control over the manufacturing as it can double as a drug delivery device and it's easier to ban the cartridges than it would be to police them.
Apparently China has also banned smoking in public places due to pressure from the World Health Organization but there is no ban on smoking in the workplace and none are taking the ban seriously at the moment.
Hop-On/USAcig are in a unique position to capitalize on the new Chinese regulations and the CEO deserves some kudos for the savvy recognition of the opportunity.
