They don't have the first right to purchase. Read the agreement again. They have the first right to make an offer. How pointless is that? What.. with the same CEO, there was a need to for Michael Matvieshen to assure himself that as CEO of Sunlogics he would let himself, as CEO of SLMU make an offer to purchase something that he, as CEO of Sunlogics decided to sell?
In the world of agreements, this may be the single most meaningless I have seen, except, of course, for its value as a fluff PR item.
