Okay so the shares given to the private company peeps are NOT restricted? Seems like it should be for a short period at least....

Also, is it normal for an 8k to be released before a deal like this, THEN another 8k filed AFTER a RM would take place? or would it be an amendment of the prior one? Or does the recent 8k already take care of all that stuff already?
