I don't doubt that the deal is open ended indefinitly.

But our good friend also told me to take if for what its worth and wants to move forward with plans that make sense.

So I would imagine our friend will be working daily to get goals met. Hope they include Brazos. At this point its a mystery to most.

Why does Weiss have to fund this deal? The way reverse mergers work is that the private comapny (Renfro) pays the owner of the shell stock (Weiss) for his shell, in order to go public. Why would Wesiss pay Renfro to take a valuable asset like BRZL off of his hands?
