ProNeuron v. TEVA

Based on a similar search but using different language, the litigation is ongoing in Israeli district court and the latest news I found in the Israeli bar publishing house (http://www.lawpubshop.co.il/?CategoryID=171&ArticleID=82&sng=1) was from 04/27/2011 when judge Zamir partly accepted Teva's stand regarding the discovery of documents. Very long report mostly boring (except for the part on Proneuron's destroyed archival) and not worth translating.
