I know. I am assuming (since it wasn't formally announced) that they are getting funding for the shell after the R/M to purchase assets from Sunlogics. Would make sense especially since GLG staff joined the Sunlogics board after the R/M, that the funding is related to the R/M. Again, waiting for confirmation on this and other things. I could be wrong but I think I'm right.
