Brit...You post a lot of good stuff on these boards. Keep in mind that some people are laboring under a CA and a NDA...Also I know that you know you can`t believe a thing you read on these boards...so having said that I can tell you I have it from the horses mouth that there will be no share exchange or swap. That`s all I can say.
