Excellent news - important points to be pondered:
1)We will be in good standing for a year :in kfa's words "we got upgraded back to good standing. Somebody filed the appropriate paperwork to make that happen, and we will be in good standing for a year or so"
2) The merger appears to have gone through[/b]-- why? : because why else would James Renfro of Renfro energy be the registered agent of Brazos? Obviously the man who holds 480 Million shares in BRZL is LEADING the show-- only confirms the DD we had here.
3) [b]BRZL doing business as BRAZOS ENERGY is VERY SIGNIFICANT imo-- it appears to be a hybrid of Brazos International and Renfro Energy: yet another pointer at the fusion of the two companies.
4)[b]All doubts erased[/b]: with this update/ NON temporary upgrade, the bashers have been proved wrong and the dd believers have won here-- this is a NON SCAM and perectly honest legit company and above all J Renfro proved to be an honest man( with exceptional qualifications, oil experience and experience for a pinkie)-- agin as was expected by the DD players here.
5)Outlook:the focus now completely shifts to OIL PRODUCTION and the subsequent PP. Why? because the higher the oil production the highere the PP value will be. this is IMO heading towards a PP ( as opined way earlier by Admiral lagrange).

as Packerfans and other wonderful dd contributors here--- I have a question for you--WHATS HAPPENING ON THE OIL FRONT, ADMIRAL LAGRANGE? did they get the pipelines connected/ fixed so that they could move the oil out of the property-- pls tell us your take on oil production in the present and near future of BRAZOS INTERNATIONAL NEW WHICH HAS MERGED WITH RENFRO ENERGY AND WHICH WILL BE CONFIRMED BY IMMINENT PR OF THE COMPANY-- JR'S BRZL-- any doubts!!!!????
IMO the price of this company should be close to a dollar in a year from now -- too much potential and yes all legit!
